Information you may choose to provide
Your name, email, relationship or role, general area of interest, grade band, and a brief non-confidential message.
Information not requested
Do not submit a student’s full name, date of birth, school, grades, academic records, test reports, IEP/504 information, disability or diagnosis details, medical information, or other confidential records.
How inquiry forms work
Inquiry forms prepare an email in your own email application. Your email provider and the recipient’s email provider may retain the message under their own policies.
How resource forms work
When you request a free guide, the website stores the name and email address you provide, the guide requested, and the submission date so we can provide the resource and understand resource interest. Resource forms do not request student information.
Minors
A parent or guardian should initiate requests for learners under 18. The public website is not intended for children to submit personal information independently.
Public stories and media
Student identities, school names, records, photographs, quotations, and identifiable project details are not published without explicit approval and appropriate verification.
